TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING
A booking is accepted when you receive written confirmation.
If the details on it are not correct then you should contact
Bowerland immediately.
2. PAYMENT
Booking more than four weeks in advance of your holiday:
To secure your booking we require a deposit of 25% of the holiday
cost. You may pay the balance at any time up to 4 weeks before
the start of the holiday.
Booking within 4 weeks of your holiday:
The whole cost is payable immediately on booking.
3. CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking you must immediately notify us in
writing. Bowerland strongly recommends that a cancellation insurance
policy is taken out. In cases of cancellation the deposit is
forfeited. We endeavour to re-let the accommodation, and unless
this is successful, the Hirer remains responsible for the balance
of the hire.
4. BOOKING SHORT- BREAK HOLIDAYS
Holiday to be paid for in full at time of booking. In the event
of a short notice booking, without time for postal confirmation
or clearance of cheques, then full payment must be made in cash
before the key is issued.
5. ARRIVAL
Your apartment will be available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival.
6. DEPARTURE
The apartment and site must be vacated by 10.00am on the day
of departure.
7. NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed
the number booked. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry
to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
8. OWNER'S RIGHTS
We hope that Bowerland will provide a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The Owner reserves the right to decline accommodation to, or
expel, any occupier or visitor for conduct which, in the Owner's
opinion is detrimental to the property or the comfort of guests.
The Owner reserves the right of reasonable access to the apartments
at all times.
9. CLEANING & BREAKAGES
The Hirer is expected to leave the accommodation and its contents
in a clean and tidy condition on departure and is liable for
any damage done to the property. An inventory is provided and
the Hirer is required to pay the cost of replacement of broken/lost
items.
10. LOSS OR DAMAGES
The Owners do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage
to the Hirer's personal effects or property whilst staying at
Bowerland.
11. HEALTH & SAFETY
Whilst we are no longer a working farm, it must be appreciated that farm buildings and maintenance equipment constitute a working environment. For their own safety young children should be properly supervised. For everyones health and comfort, animal droppings should be cleaned up immediately.
